The DRAFT Stormwater Coalition Joint Annual Report for the Reporting Permit March 10, 2020 to March 9, 2021 is a regulatory document  which describes local efforts to comply with various Clean Water Act stormwater permit requirements. Public comments pertaining to this DRAFT document are due May 7, 2021, 4pm. The FINAL Joint Annual Report will be submitted to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) by June 1.

Comments can be submitted using any of the methods below or by contacting the Public Contact named in individual MS4/municipal Annual Reports included in this joint report.
